Petrus Paulus Schiedges (II) (1860 - 1922)

Petrus Paulus Schiedges II (1860-1922), The Hague School.

Life and work: Schiedges jr. Pupil of the Academy of Visual Arts in The Hague and of his father. Was an important figure of the Hague School in his time. Lived in The Hague for a long time. Later he moved to Amersfoort via Vreeland and Soest. Painted, drew and watercolored landscapes including sheep, moorland, forests and water views.

Exhibitions in Rotterdam, Amsterdam and The Hague. The Frans Hals Museum Haarlem and Centraal Museum Utrecht own work by him.
